Teaching Reiki
If you read my Reiki story you will know why I love it so much.
I never thought that I would one day be able to practice and teach it. But then I just started. I realised how beneficial it is for everyone, and everyone can learn it.

How does it work?
It’s amazing to be able to give a treatment to people, however the true magic is that I can use it always, when I need, or whenever my children need me to.
Learning Reiki isn’t just for people that want to offer it to their clients as a therapy. It is for everyone.
Reiki level one is about learning to channel energy for yourself and those close to you.
I meet a combination of people, some who know and love it, who have heard of it, and some have never heard of it. Some people don’t believe in it, which is ok, it’ll still work!
Simply put it is energy healing. There is science behind it, there is research behind it. There are incredible stories to hear about it. Basically, we channel energy to help heal, create balance and calm.
Reiki can help with so much, stress, sleep, anxiety, pain and overall well-being.
Everyone can learn and use it. It’s an incredible tool to use everyday, for yourself and your family, including your pets!

I teach Reiki from my therapy room at my home in Haltwhistle, unless it is a larger group.
