At Northern Balance Wellness, we completely understand that life happens, and appointments need to be cancelled or changed. However, we have the same bills to pay as you do! Therefore, if an appointment is cancelled later than 11am midday the day before your appointment, full payment will be required.
If you change an appointment on 3 occasions you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit for all future appointments that is nonrefundable or transferable.
For any therapy bundles purchased, full payment is required at first appointment/time of purchase and all redeemed within 9 months of purchase.
For Reiki teachings a nonrefundable deposit it required at time of booking, this is detailed on the registration form you will be sent.
For baby classes, payment in advance of the first class for each block if required in full. No payments will be refunded if a class isn’t attended within the block that has been purchased.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed by their expiry date. Any Neals Yard Remedies vouchers are only redeemable when purchasing directly via Susan, not via Neals Yard Remedies websites.
