Terms & Conditions

At Northern Balance Wellness, we completely understand that life happens, and appointments need to be cancelled or changed.  However, we have the same bills to pay as you do!

48 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.  If, less than 48 hours notice is given then full payment is required.

A £20 deposit is required on booking in order to confirm your appointment.

For Yoga classes, payment is required in advance/at time of booking. All payments are non refundable or transferable.

For Workshops/retreats and Reiki teaching, full payment is required on booking and is non refundable or transferable.
