At Northern Balance Wellness, we completely understand that life happens, and appointments need to be cancelled or changed. However, we have the same bills to pay as you do!
For 2026 though I have decided not to take deposits or charge if less than 48 hours notice given. Instead I will be asking for a donation to my chosen charity for the year, which is Endometriosis UK. On cancelling or changing an appointment you will be sent the just giving page link and asked to donate, this is of course optional.
For Yoga classes, payment is required in advance/at time of booking. All payments are non refundable or transferable.
For Workshops/retreats and Reiki teaching, full payment is required on booking and is non refundable or transferable.
