At Northern Balance Wellness, we completely understand that life happens, and appointments need to be cancelled or changed. However, we have the same bills to pay as you do!
48 hours notice is required when cancelling or changing an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given then full payment will be required. Once you advice Susan of a cancellation or request change of appointment, a payment link will be sent for you to complete in order to make payment.
For Yoga classes, payment is required in advance/at time of booking. All payments are non refundable or transferable.
For Workshops/retreats, one off events, bundle packages, courses and Reiki teaching, full payment is required on booking and is non refundable or transferable.
